I inherited this project and worked closely with Jim Rollo to manage the development and to ensure the final project was ADA compliant.
Development included a redesign, content management system, newsletter feature, news and press area, calendar of events, banner manager, and flash header.
"Raina served as the project manager for the re-launch of our school district's web site. The project consisted of taking a large volume of unorganized data, including 7 years of Board of Education agendas, minutes, and presentations, as well as policy libraries, and creating a polished, ADA compliant web site. Raina was exceptional in managing this project. I am a very demanding customer, with a proclivity to direct criticism where it's due and withhold payment until I'm satisfied. Raina skillfully matched right the personnel to the project who could handle the pressure and meet the customer's demands. Raina also diplomatically resolved potential issues and in doing so, prevented quandaries from turning into quagmires.
